HANDS-ON WHISKEY MAKING CLASSES

Our five-hour classes offer a hands-on introduction to fermentation, distillation, and barrel-aging of a small-batch whiskey. Attendees will participate in every aspect of production as well as learn how various factors, such as grain choice, enzyme and yeast usage, distillation technique, and barrel aging affect the final whiskey product. SPRING COCKTAIL MAKING CLASSES

Have fun learning how to prepare, measure, and mix delicious cocktails from behind your home bar. The classes, taught by Public Provisions, will cover cocktail balance basics, as well as the proper equipment and techniques to make the perfect classic cocktails for the Spring and Summer seasons.
